After learning in Yeshivas Riverdale and Yeshivas Mir and receiving semichah from Beth Medrash Govoha, Rabbi Eliyohu Hirsch dedicated more than 25 years to chinuch as a rebbi and principal in Edison, Roosevelt, and Satmar Yeshivos.
As Central Jersey Regional Director, he draws on that deep school-leadership experience to help each mesivta design, staff, and operate a serious, well-run LifePrep general-studies program that fits its hanhalah, schedule, and bochurim.

Rabbi Yochanan Yankelewitz has over fifteen years of experience in chinuch, serving as an upper-elementary rebbi, a LifePrep American History instructor, and General Studies Principal at Mesivta Ohr Naftoli in New Windsor.
As Monsey, Northern NJ & Midwest Regional Director, he partners with yeshivos to select the right courses, structure the daily schedule, and support instructors—so the LifePrep program runs smoothly and consistently in each school he serves.
Rabbi Yochanan Yankelewitz
Brooklyn & Five Towns Regional Director
Rabbi Ephraim Bernstein holds a Master of Science in Education from Johns Hopkins University and brings more than twenty years of experience as an educator, academic coordinator, consultant, and high school principal.
In his role as Brooklyn & Five Towns Regional Director, he works closely with mosdos to align LifePrep with their expectations for rigor, hashkafah, and classroom culture, helping them build and maintain a serious, well-structured general-studies department.

With over fifteen years as an entrepreneur and chief editor of leading Jewish publications, Rabbi Moshe Holender brings strong communication skills and creative vision to LifePrep.
He leads the curriculum development and design team, ensuring that schools receive high-end, classroom-ready materials—visually engaging, carefully structured, and tailored to mesivta bochurim and the yeshiva environment.

Rabbi Tzvi Rosenthal brings more than forty years of educational leadership as a rebbi, principal, menahel, administrator, and rosh yeshiva. He combines a lifetime in chinuch with a keen sense of how mosdos haTorah function day to day.
As Chief Operating Officer, he oversees LifePrep’s systems and operations so that schools experience a program that is both educationally strong and practically sustainable.

As a principal in one of America’s premier yeshivos, Rabbi Eliyahu Efroymson saw firsthand how often the afternoon fell short of its potential. The need for a better, hashkafically sound model for general studies led him to found LifePrep.
As Founder & CEO, he guides LifePrep’s vision and partnerships with mesivtas across the tri-state area and Midwest, building a high-end, life-skills–based general-studies system for mesivta bochurim and helping transform afternoon dysfunction into powerful chinuch.
